No. Apart from getting expert opinions and experiences from healthcare professionals, such as Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Nurses, Pharmacists, Optometrists, Healthcare Executives, and Dentists, we also take invaluable insights and experiences from patients, caregivers, and advocacy groups within the healthcare community to inform our market research.
Joining is easy. Go to https://app.virtueresearch.com and fill in your personal and professional information. Once you have registered and submitted your profile, we will confirm your identity and enable your account to start receiving survey opportunities.
At this time, updating of profile information is not available on the dashboard or in your account. However, you can email to support@virtueresearch.com and request a change you would like to make and it will be completed within 24 hours.
NPI number is only required for the professions like Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physicians Assistants. For the other healthcare professions, the NPI is optional. Your individual NPI number is just one of the ways Virtue Research helps to maintain the authenticity of its community. Your opinions, perspectives, and insights are valuable to the sponsors of the studies we provide.
Yes. Currently, the Virtue Research community is open only to the legal U.S. residents. We plan to expand our community to other countries, so stay tuned.
Yes, joining Virtue Research is completely free. There are no fees associated with our community and you will never be asked to purchase anything.
Important decisions are made from your insights. We pay you for surveys for which you qualify and complete. Compensation is made directly to you.

Additionally, for each survey you complete, Virtue Research will donate to a deserving non-profit organization. Virtue Research works and donates to a large list of non-profit organizations such as AAMDS, Oley Foundation, Acromegaly Community, Colon Cancer Alliance.
Absolutely not. Surveys are meant to gather insights and are never used to sell or promote any product or service. We adhere to the industry codes of conduct, as set by Insights Association, EphMRA, ESOMAR, and BHBIA.
There are many ways to provide your opinions to help the healthcare industry. The most common type of survey is an online survey. You can find these surveys on your dashboard when you login at https://app.virtueresearch.com/#/. We email invitation letters to the available surveys with information about the survey – topic, duration, deadline, and compensation. To begin survey, you will need to click on the link provided in the invitation.

We also conduct telephone and in-person interview where you can participate with a group of like-minded individuals. From time to time, we also do product usage testing as well.
Most of our surveys are sponsored by clients who offer a monetary incentive for your time and insights. If an incentive is provided, Virtue Research will compensate you for each survey you have fully qualified and completed. All information about the incentives offered will be clearly stated in the survey invitation.

From time to time, Virtue Research may conduct its own quick surveys and deeper profiling. While these profiling surveys may not always have an incentive tied to them, it will help us better understand you as our survey partner and provide more targeted survey opportunities that match your specific experience and area of expertise.
After completion of the study, checks are typically mailed within 12-14 weeks after the study has been closed. Please note the date the study closes will be different from the date you personally completed. Exact timing of payment being released is dependent on a variety of factors, including quality checks and data approval. Please contact us with any questions on payment by clicking on the 'contact' button in the appropriate email invitation.
All surveys include a predetermined number of required responses. When a survey reaches that limit, it automatically closes to new participants. We encourage you to complete surveys as quickly as possible.
Survey invitations are sent based on initial screening criteria set by our clients. Based on your responses to the screening questions, the required number of respondents matching your specific experience or area of expertise will be met.
Someone from our team will contact you to schedule your interview within two business days after our client has approved your responses to the screener questions.
We made it easy for you to securely sign in to your Virtue Research account by using one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile phone number and email address. Login to your account at https://app.virtueresearch.com/#/.

Once you have registered and completed your Virtue Research profile, invitations will be emailed whenever survey opportunities matching your profile are initiated. The Virtue Dashboard displays all of your survey opportunities, as well as the payment status of surveys you have completed.
It is not possible to forward a survey to a colleague. The information in the survey invitation identifies you as the proper respondent. An invitation that is forwarded to a colleague will not work. Why not REFER your colleagues to join? You can invite them right from your Dashboard.

Survey Invitations

Survey invitations are sent to you based on your profile information. If we find a profile that may possibly match our client’s criteria for a particular survey, we will send an invitation to that member.

Survey Qualification

Each survey will have specific qualification requirements. Typically, the first 3-12 questions before each survey are called qualification questions, which are required by the survey sponsor to ensure the correct audience is participating in the survey. Once you’ve completed the qualification questions, you will be redirected into the survey.

Depending on the qualification criteria set for the survey, you may or may not qualify. If you don’t qualify for a particular survey, there will be additional opportunities in the future. In some instances, even if you did not qualify for a survey, partial compensation may be offered.

Some surveys are easier to qualify for than others. It depends on the survey sponsor’s objective of the research and specific target audience requirements.

Temporary Closed Survey

Sometimes a survey may be temporarily closed. This occurs when a client is making modifications to the survey questions. When the survey reopens, we will contact you immediately to begin the survey.

Survey Reached the Required Number of Respondents

When a survey is initiated by the research sponsor, they predetermine a fixed number of responses required to achieve their research objectives. Please try to complete surveys as soon as possible, as slots fill up quickly.

Virtue Research only collects necessary information to conduct market research and process incentive payments. We do not share your name, contact information, or any other personal or sensitive data with anyone, including our clients or research sponsors, without your explicit consent.
By law, all research firms are required to report any Adverse Events or Product Quality Complaints to their research partner or client. Research firms are also legally obligated to follow Sunshine Act requirements. We will always obtain your explicit consent before we share your details for any of these types of requirements.
Virtue Research does not limit the total compensation you can earn. However, if you have earned $600 or more in compensation in a calendar year, you will be required to complete a W-9 form. The IRS requires us to report this income and issue you a 1099-MISC form for your tax return.
